COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS

VOLUNTEER RCMP VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECKS   /   VOLUNTEER FORM 

It is 100% mandatory that ALL persons involved with our Tri City Vipers Basketball Club youth (including Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Team Managers if they work with the Kids, Division Coordinators if they work with the Kids) acquire a Police Record Check (PRC).  If you are volunteering to help the team but will NOT be directly working with the kids alone, a PRC/CRC is NOT required.

The PRC is completely free of charge when you submit the letter from Tri City Vipers Basketball Club.  Both Volunteer & PRC forms can be typed in prior to printing.

Deadline for PRC's:  For Tri City Vipers Basketball Coaches - deadline is October 15th.

Mandatory Coaching Requirement RCMP VULNERABLE SECTOR CHECK:  new for the 2019-2020 season, you must pick up an original signed letter from Tri City Vipers Basketball.  You take this document to an RCMP detachment to attain the check free of charges.
